Ingredients:
- Coconut milk
- Spinach
- Sun flour seed hearts
- Crystallized ginger
- Dried mulberry
- And teaspoon of almond butter
- Grapes fill up 3/4 of the cup.
I am writing this Blog primarily to assist people in realizing that eating meals made from scratch can be easier, cheaper, and even less time consuming then using processed foods in meals for folks that have food allergies/reactions of any type. The benefit being knowing where your food comes from and what is in it.
